Fried Rice
Ingredients
| Four chicken breasts marinated in Original Bachans, cubed |
| Serving for four, Instant rice, cooked and cooled |
| Half an onion (finely chopped) |
| Three Cloves of garlic |
| Soy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon raw grated ginger |
| One bag frozen peas and carrots |
| 4 eggs |
Directions
- Oil griddle and cook chicken
- when chicken is almost done start to brown your onion
- when chicken is done remove and set aside
- mix garlic and ginger into onion and continue to cook, placing peas and carrots on the griddle
- when the peas and carrots are lightly browned Mix in rice onion garlic and ginger
- separately pour your eggs on the Griddle and cook
- pour soy sauce on the rice until it’s brown (add as much as you want to taste)
- After egg is cooked chop it up and mix into the rice
- Top with chicken
Notes: Clean the Bachans off the grill cause it’s sticky and use olive oil in the onion and peas. You can also put a tablespoon of butter in the rice if it’s sticky.
