Lemon Pepper Salmon


2 1/2 - 3 pounds salmon fillet
lemon pepper to taste
1 stick of butter or margarine
lemon juice or lemon


  1. Preheat grill/oven for medium heat (350 degrees).
  2. Place on a double-layer of tinfoil with the ends and sides turned up to form what looks like a cookie sheet.
  3. Splash on a coat of lemon juice (split lemon and squeeze over fillet).
  4. Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper.
  5. Cut butter/margarine stick into 3/8“ pieces and evenly space on fillet.
  6. Place salmon on the preheated grill/in the oven. Cook salmon for 10 to 18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
