Chocolate No-Bakes

Ingredients

2 Cups Sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 stick of butter/margarine
2/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 cups quick oats
1 cup coconut

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa in a large sauce pan.
  2. Add the milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place on medium heat, and add a cut up stick of butter.
  4. Bring to boil and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat, stir in vanilla.
  6. Add oats and coconut and mix thoroughly.
  7. Drop dollops of mix with tablespoon onto parchment or wax paper.
